The closest fender we have to the specs you sent in is the Single Axle Trailer Fender for Enclosed Trailer for 13" to 15" Wheels # HP66FR which measures 36" long x 10-3/4" wide x 20" tall and installs using the Mounting Brackets # CE26098G-2. It's a little larger than what you currently have but will fit with your tires just fine.
