Question:
Im needing to carry a ladies bike and z2 children bikes. I have back problems and need loading the bikes as easy as possible. The TH9043 was recommended . I sometimes hear it said a rack is made to carry 3 bikes, but its difficult loading all three. Im needing to hear someone say theyve loaded 3 bikes on this rack easily.

What you have heard is true. The more bikes, the harder it is to load them. But it is not so hard that it would be frustrating at all. Plus you can adjust the cradles on most racks to change the amount of space between bikes. Since you want to load one adult bike and 2 kids bikes it should not be much of a problem at all.
I have a rack very similar to the Thule Helium, # TH9043PRO, the OutWay, # TH56BV, and I load 2 adult bikes and one kid bike on it all the time with little to no problems. It does take some maneuvering of the pedals and handle bars but it is not difficult or much strain.
I, too, have back problems. I had a spinal fusion and hernia issues as well and I do not have any problems doing this. The OutWay is the easiest rack to install on the car, by far.
It is easier to load 3 bikes on a 4-bike rack though. We have the Yakima RidgeBack 4, # Y02458. This rack weighs about 35 pounds so it is heavier than the Helium and the OutWay bike racks but it does hold up to 4 bikes. I have included a link to a video review of this rack for you.
Since you will be carrying bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # TH982XT. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all.
