There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us the equalizer, shackle straps, and leaf spring sizing for your 2016 Grand Design Reflection 313RLTS so you'll need to a bit a of measuring to determine the best replacements. Before measuring you'll want to remove one wheel for easier access to the leaf spring and you'll want to jack the trailer up so that the axles hang.

For the leaf springs you'll need to measure from the center of one eyelet over to the other eyelet. Shackle straps will follow the same way, the Road Armor kit # LC52SV you were looking at has an eyelet to eyelet measurement of 3-1/8". The equalizer also follows this same process but adds in a height factor as well with the center eyelet.

You'll also need to know the capacity of your axles to determine the correct capacities for each of these suspension components. This information can be found on the axle tag sticker on the axle tube. Once we have these measurements and the capacity we can determine the correct replacements.
