Troubleshooting Furrion Tankless Water Heater with E1 Error Code

Brand new 2023 jayco flight no hot water, stove works, e1 code on display

The E1 Error code on the Furrion Water heater # FR93FR is flame sense during ignition. Basically it does not detect enough gas pressure to ignite. If you are sure the valves are fully open and your tank is full, the only other thing to check would be your regulator. If the regulator is functioning normally, it is likely a system fault, and you will need to contact Furrion for a warranty claim. If you need a new regulator we have the part # 108221.
