Question:
My lock number for the Thule rack bike cable is N867. Is this the same as N067? I need a replacement key. Thanks

Most likely the correct replacement key is the part # THKEYN067 that you referenced. The 0's can look like 8's and since there isn't an 867 key it would make most sense you have an 067.
