Can I use the Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System w/out a Ball Mount?

Good morning, I have a 2022 chevy 3500HD diesel dually. I do not often use the bumper hitch. My question is since I dont use a ball hitch very often and dont leave the receiver on the truck. Can this product attach to the bumper hitch with out the receiver/ball hitch installed? Thanks,

No, it can't. The Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System item # ERT00110 attaches directly to the ball mount not the receiver itself. There's no way around this you'll have to use your ball mount with these mud flaps.
