I am wondering is this product “ BandW Tow and Stow 2-Ball Mount - Compatible with GM MultiPro Tailgate - 2.5 Hitch - 18K “ item # BWTS20066BMP will work with Rock Tamers? All the pictures it looks flesh to the vehicle hitch mount. I also notice there is not two holes with this hitch so I am thinking there is not enough space?

Correct, the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount part # BWTS20066BMP would not work with Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System part # ERT00110 as there is not enough room on the shank. I don't think there's a ball mount that does both so your best option from B&W is the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount part # BWTS20040B as it has two hitch pin holes.

Any reason why a second hole could not be drilled in order to slide it outward to accommodate the rock tamers? It is Understood while in this position that the multi flex tailgate would make contact.
