Question:
What is the distance from the highest adjustment hole to the top of the tube? I want to make sure It doesnt bottom out on my trailer.

From the center of the top hole to the top of the Bulldog Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter # BD0289640300 is about 8-3/4". I wasn't able to get my hands on this adapter directly but if you check out the linked video you'll see that we take a measurement from hole to hole and the yard stick from the center of the first hole to the end of the tube is right around the 17" mark so you'll have more than enough room for your application.
