No Signal on Voyager

Question:

Hello. I have this camera installed on my 2022 Airstream Bambi 20FB. It has recently started going “No signal” on me although it has worked in the past. I have tried re-pairing, changing channels, all the stuff. Someone mentioned to me that there is a known issue with CarPlay interfering with back up cameras, but everything I find when I research this has to do with using CarPlay wireless. I use CarPlay via the direct plug in with a usb-c cable. Please help as I am not sure what is causing me new “No signal” issue. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your purchase directly from etrailer of the Voyager WiSight 2.0 Wireless Backup Camera # ASA24YR. According to the manual, if you are getting the no signal error, here is what the manual says to look for.

- Check 12VDC power at camera.
- Make sure antenna is tight and pointed
correctly.
- Make sure monitor is set to AV1
