The strongest bike rack we carry is the Hollywood Rack Sport Rider # HLY84FR which is capable of holding two bikes weighing up to 80 lbs apiece. It is a rack for two bikes, but it will be stronger, and more suited for a bike like yours. It can accommodate tires up to 5" wide, and a wheelbase of up to 60". The rack is fully lockable with a hitch lock, locking hook arm and cable lock. I feel that this rack will work very nicely for your Wicked Thumb Destroyer E-bike, provided the wheelbase is under 60". I did not see this spec listed anywhere on the Wicked Thumb website.
We do carry a lockable 80 lb rated single bike rack with the Saris MHS # SAR23MR. This may not work for a bike like yours as the fenders on the bike may interfere with the wheel mount style clamps.
Also please note that we recommend removing the battery from your bike during transportation if possible. This will help to cut weight.
I have linked our install/review video below if you want to take a closer look.
