2011 Heartland RV Big Country Fifth Wheel. I want to put a hitch on, mainly for a bike rack. I cant seem to find something for my RV?

For fifth wheel RVs like your 2011 Heartland you'd need to use a hitch like the Curt multi fit part # 13703 which basically fits all hitch frame styles that are between 22 and 72 inches apart.
For a bike rack you'd need to make sure you go with one that is RV approved like the Swagman Trailhead part # S63381.
