Parts Needed to Flat Tow 2019 Ford F-250 and 2023 Ford Expedition

I am looking to setup two vehicles to be flat towed behind a Class A diesel pusher. The first is a 2019 Ford F250 6.7L and the second is a 2023 Ford Expedition Limited 3.6L. I am wanting to get the Blue Ox base plates for each and the 10,500 lb etrailer tow bar. Can I use the same tow bar for each vehicle? Also, can you please provide what else I will need for both and if any other parts can be used interchangeably?

The etrailer tow bar part # e67ZR that you referenced can be used to tow both of your vehicles with Blue Ox base plate kits. For the 2023 Ford Expedition the part # BLU76CR is correct and for the 2019 Ford F-250 part # BX2675.
Now for a braking kit that can easily transfer between the two vehicle you would want the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR.
For lighting you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV. For just the parts to install on the second vehicle you would need the part # RM-152.
