The Hidden Hitch # 60873 (no longer available) and the Draw-Tite # 24796 are identical. They are both manufactured by the same parent company, Cequent Performance Products. Their weight bearing capabilities and installation procedure are identical. For towing, you would also need a ball mount, trailer connector, part # 118470 and a 1-7/8 inch ( # 19256) or 2 inch ( # 19258) trailer ball.
According to my research, the 2009 Maxima has a rather modest 1000 lb towing/100 lb tongue weight capacity. Although the hitch has a higher capacity, you will be limited to the capacity of the vehicle. You can see the installation instructions and an install video by clicking the provided links.
