Replacement AC Unit Options For A 2016 Heartland RV Oakmont 5th Wheel With Dometic AC's

Question:

we have Domestic A/Cs 13,500 and 15,500 BTU why cant we get the same A/Cs are they not making them anymore? Please help me both of my A/Cs went out and i need them please Thank you

While we don't currently offer Dometic branded AC units I do still have a solution for you with our Furrion AC units. You'll first want to remove the cover of your air distribution boxes and see if the wire harness that hangs down from your Dometic rooftop unit has a 6-pin or 9-pin connector. If you're just wanting to replace only the rooftop unit and retain use of the air distribution boxes and thermostats that you have then you can use the following units depending on the style connector you need.

6-Pin:
13,500 BTU # FR26PR
15,000 BTU # FR58PR

9-Pin:
13,500 BTU # FR82PV
15,000 BTU # FR42PV

If you're wanting to completely replace each system then you can use either of the following systems:

13,500 BTU # FR95PV
15,000 BTU # FR55PV
