Will an Electric Lockout Solenoid Work On Surge Brake Actuator Which Came With a Manual Lockout?

can i just add an electric lockout solenoid to a manual lock out on my trailer? Or does the whole Actuator need to be replaced?

Yes, a Electric Solenoid # T4748800 can be added to a surge brake actuator which has a manual lockout like the Dexter # T63FR. This will stop the need to insert the lockout pin to backup with the trailer and prevent the brakes from activating.
