Troubleshooting No Light With A Curt Echo When Plugged Into The 7-Way

Hello, I bought a Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller - 7-Way Plug from you few years ago and last time I have tried to use it I had no light on it and was not able to have it connect to my apps. I have lights on the trailer when plugged directly without the controller. Do I have warranty options? Thanks

If you have no light on your Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller # C51180 then that would indicate that it's not receiving power. The top right pin on your 7-way is your 12v power source for the Echo so I recommend checking to make sure that it has power with a multimeter # PT89ZR. If not then you have a blown fuse somewhere that will need to be fixed to restore power. If you do have power on that pin and there's no debris that could be blocking the connection of the Echo to the pin then yours is defective and you'd need to reach out to Curt for any warranty replacements.
