Question:
I have a 60 gal diesel tank with an electric pump on a small utility trailer I use to fuel farm equipment with. Is there a way to run the pump off the trailer connection on my pickup instead of having to raise the hood and connect to the battery every time I need to fuel up. My truck is a 2018 Chevy HD 2500 diesel with a 7 wire connection. Thanks for you help

You can wire your pump to the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector # PK12706. You will need to connect to the positive terminal and the ground. You would then plug the pump directly into your 7-way.
You will want to check what amp fuse your 12v lead for your 7-way has. It is typically between 20-40 amps. As long as your pump does not pull more amps than the 12v line is fused for, you will be good to go.
If you pump does pull more amps, I would just get a battery for your trailer to run the pump. I would then get a trickle charger like the OptiMate 2 DUO Smart Battery Charger # MA27JR to charge and maintain the battery when not in use.
