Question:
Hello what’s the part no# for a 4 flat plug with 5 wires

Expert Reply:
The only way we carry 4 flat trailer connectors which have 5 wires is on an entire trailer harness like the 20' # A20WB. This has the single yellow, green, and white wires with 2 brown wires. You can simply cut off the unneeded wiring and wire to your trailer wiring. You can still use a regular 4-Flat Connector # HM38134 and wire the 2 brown wires on your trailer to the single brown wire on the harness. This is an upgraded connector with easy pull connector and additional sheathing to protect the trailer wiring.
Be sure to make your connections using Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 to keep out moisture.
