To be completely honest, I am not 100% what you mean by rails. The bunk kits are typically made up of brackets, u-bolts, uprights, caps, nuts and washers and the bunks themselves. Like what would be in the CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers # CE27600 you were looking at.
The only thing I can think of maybe being the "rails" would be the uprights like the Replacement Upright for CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-on's for Boat Trailers # CE27609PG because it is what the bunks attach too and would look similar to what is found on the post style guide-on's.
