Will this box work for 2- 250AH Lithium batteries measuring 20inch L x 10 1/2inch W x 10inch high each or both 20inch L x 21W x 10inch high?

Yes, the Commercial Grade Battery Box # 329-HM485 will allow you to fit your two 250AH Lithium Batteries # 34282740. The box has an inside opening of 21" x 23" and 10-5/8" tall.
