Does these air bags work with a truck that has a 6” lift?

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL54JQ are a confirmed fit for your 2022 Ford F-150, but we won't be able to determine the spacer kit you'll need until the top and bottom brackets are installed. A 6" lift doesn't always equate to needing a 6" spacer so you'll need to measure the distance between the brackets and subtract the height of the air spring bellow. The bellow included in this kit is 6" tall. I've listed the available spacer kits below:

2" Lift # AL52420
4" Lift # AL52440
6" Lift # AL52460

If you'd like to have an onboard compressor to monitor and adjust the psi levels of your air springs then I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 as well. This system comes with a wireless remote and has Bluetooth capability so that you can use your smartphone as a remote as well.
