Availability of 5 Pin RV Camera Extension Cable

Question:
I have a Jensen JRV900 Multimedia receiver in my Jayco motorhome. The plug for the backup camera is 5 pin, while this appears to be 4 pin. Are there any adapters that would allow use of this product and the associated camera?
