Rackem Shelf Kit Brackets are Not Adjustable

Question:
does the ra-13 shelf kit slide up and down on the metal so that you can raise the shelf up to the top where it hooks on the matal part of the trailer? or is the metal bracket fixed in place. thank you

The RackEm shelf kit brackets are not adjustable. They measure 49 inches long and are fixed, the slots for securing the pockets cannot be moved up and down.
