I Need a replacement Atwood MPD 85091 master cylinder, and cant find one.

Atwood is out of business which is why there isn't a replacement master cylinder to be found. So you'll have to replace your actuator with an appropriate option, like the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Disc # DM62VR or Drum # DM72VR depending on what type of brakes you have.
