I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado 3 inch hitch and a gen-y hitch 2 inch inch shank. Id like to get 3 pin locking set.

You'll need to get the locks separately as they don't come in a set, but to lock the 16k Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch # 325-GH-524 to your 3" hitch and lock the platform you'll need the following:
- One of the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 3" Hitches # 34061074-D
- Two of the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches # 34061072-D
The lock for the 2-1/2" hitch will lock the platform to the ball mount and pintle hook to the platform.
