Replacement Suction Cup Mount for Furrion Vision S Observation System

Question:

My windshield mount for my furrion back up camera needs to be replaced. The plastic suction cup came off and cannot be repaired. Im having a hard time getting the swivel ballinch off the monitor. Is there a simple way to do it? I feel like Im gonna break the monitor Thank you

The replacement windshield mount you need is the part # FR79SR. To get your old one out though you could put a little liquid had soap on the ball and move it around. That should lubricate it enough to allow it to pop out.
