Replacement License Plate Light For 2009 Haulmark 7x12 Low Hauler Trailer

Question:

Hello, I need to replace the license plate light on my trailer. I am not sure which item I need to purchase. Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I did some research on your 2009 Haulmark Low Hauler trailer. I was able to see several different styles of license plate lights and holders on trailers. I have attached a link to our product page for license plate lights. Some have the license plate holder attached to the assembly and some are just the lights that are mounted to light the license plate. There are different opinions about mixing LED and incandescent lights on the same circuit. We have had customers that wire them in the same circuit and have had no issues, although there are some that feel the voltage required for incandescent lights is much higher and can cause issues when using LED lights which require much less voltage to work.

If it is just the light you are needing to replace I recommend the LED Mini Trailer License Plate Light, part # LPL31CB. For the incandescent version I recommend part # LP31CB.

If you are looking for the license plate holder with the light attached, I recommend the LED Trailer License-Plate Light w/ Mounting Bracket, part # LPL55CB. For an incandescent light with the license plate bracket I recommend part # PM436B.
