I recently purchased this bike rack, is there a lock for the hitch that fits?

There is indeed a lock available. The rack includes an anti-rattle hitch bolt that can be made lockable by adding the Thule Snug-Tite Lock, part # THSTL2, which will secure the rack in the hitch receiver. To lock the bikes to the rack, a cable lock is offered, part # TH538XT.
