which sway bar is best for quality, longevity, and actually working smoothly for better ride? Ive got ram Promaster 2016 dodge van 1500 series 136 whlbase.

For your 2016 Ram ProMaster 1500 with the 136" wheelbase I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti Sway Bar # RM-1129-143. At 1-1/8" thick, this sway bar is the thickest bar made for your vehicle. Basically the larger the bar, the more effective it will be. All of the Roadmaster sway bars use a black powder coat which will hold up nicely over time. The rust resistance is solid, but we do recommend periodically touching up any scratches with a black rust-resistant paint to maintain the coating. We have found the Roadmaster sway bars to be very effective in eliminating unwanted movement. You will get noticeable improvements to your ride quality.
