Can I Use The JR Products Auto Changeover Regulator For a Commercial Brick Oven ?

Question:

I am needing a dual regulator for my wood/gas commercial brick oven. The inlet to the oven gas valve is 1/2 but I see this regulator is 3/8 threads. Im using 2 x 100 gallon tanks for my oven. Will it be an issue running 3/8 from regulator then up to 1/2 for the gas valve at oven? Thanks

To go from the JR Products Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 37207-30395 to the 1/2" valve on your brick oven you will need the 5' Supply Hose # 37207-31475. This has the 3/8" male NPT fitting to a 1/2" swivel for your gas valve and you will not have any issues as long as your oven uses less than 345,000 BTU's and uses the 11" water columns of pressure.

You will need Thread Sealant Tape # 37207-30025 for all the pipe thread connections which do not use a tapered fitting to prevent leaks.
