The Rhino Rack Vortex Pipe Clamps for Conduit Carriers # RRSPC4 will allow you to carry a 4" conduit on your Yakima HD cross bars. The Vortex uses the same size t-slots as your Yakima HD bars.
The Conduit Clamp Set # RRBC2 uses M8 Channel Nuts # RR59TB which are specifically designed for the Rhino-Rack HD crossbars. These nuts are 3/8" thick while the openings for your Yakima HD cross bars are only 1/4" tall.
