Question:
Hello, I am working on a project converting a roller trailer to a Bunk trailer and I am trying to determine the right parts. It is a 22 ft trailer that will hold a boat that weighs approx 3500 lbs. Can you offer some parts to use. Thank you

Switching from roller bunks to bunk boards on your boat trailer is fairly straightforward. For the most part, you will just be replacing the rollers with the boards. We have the following bunk boards available:
-CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers - 3' Long # CE27800
-CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers - 4' Long # CE27810
-CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers - 5' Long # CE27820
-CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers - 6' Long # CE27840
-CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers - 7' Long # CE27845
I'm not entirely sure what your setup is, but I would choose a combination of boards that matches the same length as your current rollers. You will also need brackets # CE10001G-4 and U-bolts # CE15283GA-4 to mount the boards.
