We do have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15810 for your 2003 Ford F-250. This will give you a 2-1/2" receiver opening which will allow you to use the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer # C45048 cut down to the 24" length you are needing.
Be sure to use the 24" Wiring Extension # TLW6024 so you will still be able to connect your trailer wiring.
