Question:
Hi! I have a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that has the tow package. Im wondering if the Redarc tow pro Liberty is what I need? Also - I dont really see a place to put the control knob. There are no blank face plates on the dash. Any ideas? Thanks

The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR would be a great choice for your 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. There are other options but this brake controller is my personal favorite. It is reliable and stays out of your way with only the knob showing in the cab. You will also need the # RED67FR to plug into your factory tow port for installation.
The panel you were looking at is vehicle specific and these aren't required for installation. The only mounting panel for your Jeep is the # 331-TPSI-001 which is universal and I wouldn't recommend using it. To the left of your steering wheel you have the knob for your lights. I recommend installing the knob just under here in the open space.
I have attached a picture below to illustrate the area I'm referring to. We haven't installed this on a Cherokee so I understand it looks a little different. This is on a 2022 Wrangler but it is the same idea. I have also attached an installation video for your reference.
