I recommend using the Konig Tire Chains # TH01594250 on your 2023 Honda Ridgeline. These fit the 245/60R18 tires found stock on all the trim levels for your Ridgeline. The chains are self tensioning so you will not need to carry additional tensioners or stop frequently to make adjustments to the chains. These chains easily drape over the tires and do not require driving onto the chains for installation.
