Yes, you can use bike with fenders on the Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # KU45VR.
All you'll need to do is use wrap straps around the tire and ratcheting arm with the Fender Straps for Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack # KU43VR.
Using those straps will protect the fenders from coming into contact with the rack's arm. If your bikes are heavier and you want some help lifting them on the rack, there is also an option for a ramp with the Loading Ramp for Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack # KU63VR.
