Question:
I am looking for a hub cap replacement for my single axle Dexter EZ lube trailer. The bore hole for the rim is 3.0 inches. The current cap is 3 inches in height. Would I be looking for something with a 2.875 OD?

Expert Reply:
The wheel center caps we have jump from a 2.84" # AM90113 to a 3.19" # LHCS102-SI60C pilot hub bore. I recommend verifying the hub bore with a Digital Caliper # PTW80157 to see which is going to fit your wheel. If it is the 2.84" center cap it does not have a access hole for the EZ Lube grease zerk. But you can drill a hole in the end of the cap to add the Plug # LHSI60C and be able to easily access the grease zerk.
