Will this kit fit a 2023 Chevy 2500HD standard box? I will be using a Reese 16k slider.

The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC - Gloss Finish # C16418-104 is designed to fit select models from 1999 to 2010 so it would not be a fit for your 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500. You would instead need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC Truck - Carbide Finish # C16429-204.
If you don't already have an in-bed 7-way then I recommend also picking up the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole # PK11893-11932. Pollak is the factory brand used by GM for the 7-way on the back of your truck and this will allow you to easily connect the 7-way from your trailer.
