Parts Needed To Install Demco Hijacker Auto Slide 5TH Wheel Hitch in 2019 Ram 2500

Hello, I’m buying my first fifth wheel and I have some questions about hitches. The previous owner is including a hijacker auto slide FWH 24as hitch with the sale. Can you guide me at all on how to get that mounted in my truck? I have a lot of pictures of the unit if that helps. I have a 2019 Ram 2500 without any prep package. Thank you!

As long as the Demco Hijacker has mounting tabs like the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550034 you will only need the Rail Kit # DM8552025-71. This kit will allow you to install the above bed 5th wheel rails in your 2019 Ram 2500. If the hitch has the Demco Underbed # DM6004 or another factory set of mounts you will need to replace the mounts with the Side Plates # DM6003. These plates allow you to use above bed rails.
