There is an option for an offset gooseneck for your 2023 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty with the OEM puck system, but it isn't just the hitch ball. Technically it's a gooseneck hitch and gives you 5 inches of offset; the hitch is from Gen-Y and is the following part number:
