Could Superwinch Winch 2 Go Pull 1,400 lb Trailer Up Hill
Published 07/20/2023 >
Question:
I plan on buying a camper trailer that has a dry weight of about 1400 lbs. The only place I have to store it is under my deck in my backyard that has a fairly steep hill up to the street. My plan is to winch it up to my truck when I go to camp, and winch it back down when Im done to store it under the deck. Would this put undue strain on this winch?

The Superwinch part # SW1140222 would easily have the capacity to pull your 1,400 lb trailer up the incline in your backyard. Essentially this could pull 4,000 lbs vertically so your trailer that is much lighter than that at an incline would be no problem.
