Which Roadmaster Sway Bar Fits 2018 Mercedes Sprinter 3500

Question:
Per the Roadmaster website, RM1209-110 is the 1 1/2inch sway bar replacement for a 2018 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500. When I search that part, what comes up on etrailer.com is this part #RM43VR. Lots of conflicting info on this page for this product. The linked instructions go to the Roadmaster install instructions for the 1209-110. But etrailer will not confirm this fits a 2018 Sprinter 3500. Do you actually carry the Roadmaster 1209-110 and can you link me to the correct part?

I really apologize for the confusion but our part # RM43VR is the Roadmaster part number 1209-110 that you are wanting. We changed the part number to something unique for us for a reason that I don't necessarily agree with because it's confusing but I can assure you this is the sway bar you are looking for.
