Question:

We are having the same problem with our Furrion tankless hot water heater showing an E1. We checked the gas valves and they are open all the way. I’ve noticed this happens after we have had a rain storm. Has anyone else had this problem and how can we fix it.

The E1 Error code on the Furrion Water heater # FR93FR is flame sense during ignition. Basically it does not detect enough gas pressure to ignite. If you are sure the valves are fully open and your tank is full, the only other thing to check would be your regulator. If the regulator is functioning normally, it is likely a system fault, and you will need to contact Furrion for a warranty claim.
