For a 2018 Ford F-150 you would need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for Ford 150 # C86WR to go along with the Curt base rails that you already have. These kit will include custom-fit brackets to will make your installation much easier to faster to complete as well as the necessary hardware.
