Can I use Rockerball 12k with Surge and Electric brakes on my two trailers?

Yes, the Curt RockerBall Shock Absorbing 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # C29FR is just a ball mount with a rubber base to absorb road shock for a more comfortable towing experience and would not have any compatibility issues with any braking systems or trailers without brakes.
