No, the Replacement Air Distribution Box for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioners # FACT11MA-PS you're referencing is only meant to work with other Furrion Chill ACs.
If you wanted to use this with your trailer, you'd need to replace everything with the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone # FR65PV.
There is not an option that allows you to piece together parts from other ACs to retrofit with your current set up.
