I am going to purchase an etrailer hitch for my 15 Sienna. I take it you have to buy the wiring harness separately? Also, I saw there was a review on Wiring harnesses, is there also an installation video?

Yes, you will need to buy the wiring harness separately and we do have installation videos for both of the options for your Sienna. If your 2015 Toyota Sienna is not a SE model you will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56261. If you do have the SE item # C56106. They each attach to existing wiring so you'll want to confirm your model before purchasing.

The etrailer Hitch item # e98853, you were looking at, is confirmed to fit all models of the 2015 Toyota Sienna. It is custom fit and bolts to your van with included hardware.
