We sell replacement parts for the Titan Model 10 Surge Coupler # T2404600 that you referenced, but we do not offer a rebuild kit with all of the parts packaged together.

For a replacement master cylinder assembly you would want the Replacement Master Cylinder part # T2374600. If you need to replace the shock you would need the part # T1242600.
