I have a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid with a 4-pin tow harness. I need to get brakes and battery charging to my small trailer. Which part/harness can I use for this?

Your 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe will need a 7-way to accomplish this so you'll have two options; if you have the factory tow package you'll have a connector that your 4-pole wiring is connected to that you can swap over to the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C68JR or if you do not then you'll need the # ETBC7 and will have to splice in some of the wiring.
If you have to use the # ETBC7 you'll run a wire to the battery and another wire into the cab to connect to a brake controller. To charge the battery you'll just need a line with an in-line fuse ran from the battery to the 12v accessory line in the junction box of your trailer. For the brake controller I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR along with the Universal Wiring Harness # RED69FR and a 30 amp circuit breaker # 331-CBK30-EB.
