Hello I’m looking to replace my leaf springs on my 2021 keystone outback 210URS it’s a dual axle 3500lb per I’d like to upgrade to something more heavy duty being it’s a toy hauler and I’ve outfitted with solar panels could you help me out

You can certainly upgrade to heavier duty leaf springs, but you'll still be limited to the capacity of the axles, unless you replace the axles as well.
I think the best option is to go with the same capacity leaf springs, but then add helper springs to the axles such as
SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # TSS-107-40 if you have overslung axles (springs sit over axles) or SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # TSS-106-40 if you have underslung axles (springs sit under axles). These will provide additional support to your suspension and reduce wear and tear on the leaf springs.
Regardless if you go with the same capacity leaf springs or not, you'll need to take a measurement first. Find the distance of the unloaded leaf spring, measuring from center of bolt hole to center of the other bolt hole. If your current leaf springs are worn and flattened, they could be measuring slightly longer (1/4" or so) than what they actually were when new. Then you can select leaf springs for 3,500lb axle which is what I recommend.
